Introduction to PowerBI

The PowerBI eService provides customers with customized reporting dashboards. After initial setup and alignment with customer service, these reports are available via the Power BI eService where customers can access and review them. Customers are provided with individual reports and dashboards that can be permanently accessed. Depending on the report type, a filter panel may be available for dynamic interaction.
