Introduction

The new WebCOS eService replaces the former WebCOS application.

You can now track your shipments from Schenker's Customer Order System (COS) in a modern design, with improved data security and data quality. The permission management that is now in place makes sure that users will only see the functions they need. You can also access the new WebCOS eService via a REST API.

To use the new WebCOS eService you need to register on the DB SCHENKER | connect homepage.

On the DB SCHENKER | connect homepage you can open the WebCOS eService using the following icon:
