Introduction to eClaims

The eClaims eService allows you to submitting transport or logistics related complaints via the DB SCHENKER | connect platform. This functionality is available for all users. If your user account is configured for it, you can also manage and monitor your claims using the advanced access of eClaims.

On the DB SCHENKER | connect dashboard you can access the Web Claims eService though the following icon:
